Loudoun County VA Seller Concession Report September 2011

Loudoun County VA Seller Concession Report September 2011

Here is what buyers have received in seller paid concessions/subsidy in September 2011 Loudoun County VA sold homes:

  • $0 was 48%.  So, 48% of the sales got no seller concessions or subsidy.
  • Between $4,000-$10,000 was 37%
  • Over $10,000 was 5%

Seller are still providing closing costs in Loudoun County as the median income and housig prices are some of the highest in the country.  Inventory is still low which makes it challenging to get some of the great deals when they come on the market.  Inventory should start creeping up a little bit, but it’s still low in the most desireable Loudoun County VA neighborhoods.

  1. Justin – Great real estate market report. I WISH our MLS recorded seller concessions, I would love to see how many buyers are getting concessions.
